现代金报报道：有读者报料说，在网上发现了翁帆写给杨振宁的双语情书，无论英文中文，都非常典雅。
23日晚，晶报记者联络到人在北京的翁帆。对于“情书”，翁帆表示确是出于自己之手，但“情书”既不是写给杨振宁先生的，也不是写给“其他人”的，只是自己的一篇习作，而各种版本的中文翻译则是“热心人”所为。
“情书”是她的“习作”
翁帆“情书”是真是假？23日晚，记者与在北京的翁帆取得联系，她正忙于会客，不便久谈。但她看完“情书”第一段随即释然而笑，并告诉记者，这篇“情书”的确是她亲笔所写，但是既不是写给杨振宁先生，也不是写给“其他人”的。而且，她亲口告诉记者，这篇所谓的“情书”是她在深圳写下的！
据了解，翁帆以优异的成绩毕业于汕头大学文学院外语系后，曾经到深圳一家单位落脚。一次偶然的机会，她大学时候的同窗好友潘小姐给她寄了几篇自己闲来练笔的英文习作，翁帆一看，觉得挺有意思，自己便在工作之余也写下了这篇“Cold here,icy cold there”开头的“英语骈文”，把它作为自己的英文习作，贴到了自己的博客上。从翁帆说的写作的时间推断，这篇习作应该是写于1999年到2000年之间了。
对话 中文是热心人翻译的
“中文是热心人添加的。”记者对网友普遍存在疑虑的几个问题作了简单提问，翁帆一一作了解答：
晶报：这篇英文原稿是您写给杨振宁先生或者其他人的吗？
翁帆：不是，是我一篇习作。我放在自己的博客上，后来取下来的时候已经被人四处转贴了。之前流传过，最近不知道为什么又有人拿出来张贴。
晶报：不是写给杨先生的，怎么文章里还有“you would wait for me at the Alps side”(你将在阿尔卑斯山侧等我)之类的话？
翁帆：那只是我在写的过程中想象并虚拟出的一种意境，纯属“创作”。
晶报：很多英文专业出身并从事文字工作的人士都反映，这篇文章的英文、中文都非常典雅，怀疑是别人恶搞的。
翁帆：英文是我自己写着玩的，但是中文不是我写的，我的古文功底没这么深厚(笑)。估计是网上哪位热心人士给我“翻译”添加上去的。
晶报：您现在经常来深圳吗？对深圳还有感情么？
翁帆：现在很少来深圳了。有时候想起那段日子，还是挺怀念的。据《晶报》

Light vied with wine, elegance mixed with fragrance,laughing covered by greetings, the crowed was busy at handshaking.You stoodthere, eyes on me. I trembled at the sparkles, centerer than the light. A masterpiece from God, I felt dizzy. We were not near, yet we were togeth-er.
Days ended. You said, you would wait for me at the Alps side.We would ski against snowflakes dancing in the sky. I gave no answer but a good-bye to ac-company your flight. Gone was the plane,I suddenly tasted my pain. I knew I had been silly and stupid,you were in my heart, I shouldn’t have hidden in the dark. I tried to forget your disappointment. My thought struggled at confessing, somehow hesitation ended in flinching. I continued my role of a fool, clinched to my maiden pride, yet secretly in-dulged in your promise of the white land --snow measuring down to us, in your arms I am lifted up. The chiming of Christmas bell!
The bell died in the patter of rain, from hell came the laughing of Satan at my brain. Tearful smile, swal-lowed by the darkness.How could I trace your hair to wipe your tears? My hands reached out,catching nothing but a raindrop, on a leaf that had withered.
Snowflakes have melted into water, we are no more together.
